Thomas Kleindessner

Tom is passionate about rethinking leadership and supporting people in the development of “21st Century Skills” – the skills he believes are necessary to successfully meet today’s challenges. And that’s exactly why he founded Leaders21 – to shape the (future) world of work with the use of innovative products and solutions around personal development of leaders and employees. At Runtastic, Tom was part of the executive management team and looks back on years of experience in HR and organizational development, but also in digital product development. In addition, Tom worked many years as a management consultant and lecturer at various universities. The passionate athlete always focuses on the individual needs of his employees without losing sight of the team.
