Matthias’ curiosity to always try out new things and work on a wide variety of topics has brought him to where he is today. Remarkably, the software engineer taught himself his skills before his first job experience. Why exactly Leaders21? Because he thinks everyone should have the right to work in a cool company. He’s doing his part by making the content on our Leaders21 platform available to other companies in an engaging way. Spoiler alert: If it’s raining confetti, it’ s all thanks to Matthias.
