Tina Hellensteiner

Tina Hellensteiner is a passionate trainer and coach who has been guiding people on their journey of learning and personal development for over ten years. She began her career with teaching roles both domestically and internationally before playing a pivotal role in establishing the regional office in Upper Austria for Teach for Austria. There, she led the Training and Coaching department and managed the two-year Leadership Program.

In a global industrial company, Tina worked as a Project Manager and L&D Consultant. Her focus was on enhancing collaboration and team spirit within the company and fostering individual employee growth.

Tina is deeply committed to personal development, leadership, and creating positive change. She has a unique talent for initiating development processes and motivating people to actively pursue their growth. In her work, Tina combines professionalism with a warm, personal touch – always striving to bring out the best in everyone. In her free time, you’ll often find Tina with her jump rope, engaging in the art of rope skipping.
