Katharina is one of our certified coaches, leadership trainers and consultants, as well as our project management expert. Thanks to years of experience in leading large teams and as a project manager in the IT sector—she also supported major healthcare institutions in implementing new IT solutions—her biggest strengths are multitasking and quickly reacting to unexpected developments. Customers and colleagues appreciate her candid, honest personality and her hands-on mentality, which make her a great asset for our Leaders21 team. Her process management studies, her Certified Project Manager IPMA certification, and her enthusiasm for learning and continuing her education provide her with a lot of technical expertise.
