Jailan Rashed

For Jailan it is very inspiring to support people in realizing their full potential: perfect fit for our young product and engineering team, we would say. As VP Product, she is responsible for the Leaders21 platform and always has her eyes and ears open for the needs of our customers. Jailan can already look back on many exciting international milestones in her career. After studying engineering and economics in Germany and the United Arab Emirates, Jailan moved to Ireland and worked as a business analyst for Google and Facebook. At adidas Runtastic, she held a senior position in product management for five years.
