In 1-on-1 online leadership coaching sessions, we work on the personal development of leaders. We help you define and achieve your individual goals. Additionally, you will learn about leadership tools and methods and how to use them in the right situation when dealing with or developing high-performance teams.

Our coaching approach is solution and goal oriented: In most cases, we reach our goal after the first session. A mixture of directive and situational coaching makes it possible.

Directive means that we do not approach the goal exclusively by asking questions, but also share our experience as long-time managers and executives when needed. However, only if it is desired.

Situational means adapted to the situation and person with their needs in mind.

At some point, even experienced leaders need a person they can talk to and who understands the challenges you are facing every day. Whether it’s because you can no longer see your goal clearly in front of your eyes or are dealing with difficult working relationships – the issues are many and varied. We are happy to offer our experience as mentors and sparring partners.

Leadership Coaching or Leadership Mentoring can be used as a valuable addition to Leadership Training or as a stand-alone service. We can work on a specific topic at a time, but we are also happy to provide longer-term support - you decide what you need.
