April 2024 fand das Leaders21 Community Breakfast<\/strong> in der factory300 in der Tabakfabrik Linz statt, und es war ein wahrer Erfolg! Mit \u00fcber 100 Teilnehmer:innen war die Veranstaltung sehr gut besucht und bot eine fantastische Gelegenheit zum Netzwerken und Austausch.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Das Event begann mit einem st\u00e4rkenden Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck<\/strong>, bei dem die Teilnehmer:innen k\u00f6stlichen Kaffee von JAVA Kaffee<\/a> und frisch gepressten Orangensaft von Citrocasa<\/a> genie\u00dfen konnten. Vielen Dank f\u00fcr eure Unterst\u00fctzung beim Event!<\/span><\/p>\n

Nach dem gelungenen Auftakt folgte eine inspirierende Keynote von Thomas Kleindessner<\/strong>, dem CEO von Leaders21. Er sprach \u00fcber die Bedeutung von 21st Century Skills und betonte, dass das richtige Mindset die Grundlage f\u00fcr den Erfolg bildet. Besonders hob er die Wichtigkeit der Awareness<\/strong> hervor und wie sie als Basis f\u00fcr pers\u00f6nliches und berufliches Wachstum dient.<\/span><\/p>\n

Im Anschluss gab Katja Hemedinger<\/strong>, die Corporate HR Managerin der Polytec Group<\/a>, einen Einblick in das Thema Personalentwicklung bei Polytec<\/strong>, einem f\u00fchrenden Unternehmen in O\u00d6 mit 3.500 Mitarbeitern und einem Umsatz von 600 Millionen Euro. In der Keynote standen die Polytec Academy, das hauseigene Learning- und Development-Programm sowie die Bedeutung von Empathie und Haltung in der F\u00fchrungskultur<\/strong> im Mittelpunkt. <\/span>Dabei betonte sie: „Soft-Skills zahlen in die Bilanz ein.“<\/span><\/p>\n

Case Study mit Katja Hemedinger von Polytec<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Die abschlie\u00dfende Podiumsdiskussion<\/strong>, moderiert von Fritz Krassnitzer, bot eine Plattform f\u00fcr spannende Diskussionen \u00fcber die notwendigen Skills f\u00fcr Mitarbeitende im Jahr 2024.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Bernhard Lehner<\/strong> (Managing Director & Co-Founder factory 300) machte deutlich: \u201cIch glaube gerade diese Soft Skills<\/strong>, die Leaders21<\/a> vermittelt, um die geht es in der aktuellen Situation vermehrt. Dass man dieses Vertrauen, die Freude an der Zukunft<\/strong>, die Adaptionsf\u00e4higkeit nicht verliert. Es ist wichtig, mit der Unsicherheit und der damit verbundenen Flexibilit\u00e4t leben zu lernen.“<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Gabriele Sommer<\/strong> (Leiterin Recruiting Linz AG) hob hervor, dass die Linz AG eine starke Arbeitgebermarke<\/strong> hat. Dies liegt unter anderem daran, dass sich Mitarbeiter:innen wohlf\u00fchlen und die M\u00f6glichkeit haben, sich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Julia Kalkhofer<\/strong> (stv. Leitung HR Management BMD Systemhaus) brachte die Bedeutung des People Developments zur Sprache. Sie betonte, dass es ein extrem wichtiger Schl\u00fcssel ist, um Mitarbeitende langfristig im Unternehmen zu halten. <\/strong><\/span>Sie hob hervor, dass es entscheidend ist, die Mitarbeiter:innen in ihrer Individualit\u00e4t wahrzunehmen, ihre St\u00e4rken und Schw\u00e4chen zu erkennen. Dieser Fokus auf die individuelle Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter:innen<\/strong> verdeutlicht die Bedeutung von personalisierten Entwicklungsma\u00dfnahmen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Irina Andorfer, Head of Sales DACH Oberalp Group, zum Thema Vision und Motivation:<\/strong> \u201cWir wollen das Bewusstsein der Mitarbeiter:innen sch\u00e4rfen, warum bin ich da, warum mache ich das und was ist mein Beitrag zum gro\u00dfen Ganzen<\/strong>, um das Unternehmen erfolgreich zu machen?“<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Atmosph\u00e4re war von Beginn an entspannt und positiv, was nicht zuletzt der gro\u00dfartigen Location<\/strong> zu verdanken war. Ein herzliches Dankesch\u00f6n geht daher an Bernhard Lehner und das gesamte Team von factory300<\/a>, die ihre R\u00e4umlichkeiten zur Verf\u00fcgung stellten und f\u00fcr einen reibungslosen Ablauf<\/strong> sorgten.<\/span><\/p>\n

Insgesamt war das Leaders21 Community Breakfast in Linz eine rundum gelungene Veranstaltung, die nicht nur Einblicke in die Zukunft der Arbeit bot, sondern auch Raum f\u00fcr pers\u00f6nliche Begegnungen und Networking<\/strong> schuf.<\/span><\/p>\n
